The Story

A promise of financial security. A betrayal no one saw coming.

In 1981, a promise was made – a promise of financial security for the next generation. But greed had other plans.

Two living wills, two families betrayed, legacies destroyed by lies and manipulation. In Las Vegas, Nevada, a family faces betrayal and injustice. True stories of deception, concealed death and stolen legacies unfold.

This is not just family drama – it’s a battle for dignity.

From the back cover

Follow the TRUE STORY of a family’s journey of two Last Living Wills and Testaments. In both cases, the decedent believed their living will would be honored with dignity. Also, in both cases, the will was deliberately and intentionally changed by the special administrator. Additionally, the decedent’s wishes were blatantly ignored as well.

In 1981, my grandfather, Leo M Sellers, secured a will for my father, Albert Harold Sellers. My father, and his sister Mary, were promised “financial security” on my grandfather’s last day. A month later, my father and his sister received information that the living will, and trust had been changed. My father and his sister received no inheritance whatsoever.

Ten years later, in 1991, my mother and father created a living will in Hennepin County, Minnesota, so that all THREE Sellers children would benefit from this set-aside estate unit.
